As per her wishes cremation rites were accorded.

Surviviving relatives include her daughter: Stephanie Miller of Kirksville, Missouri;

four grandchildren: Brian Gutting of Bonaparte, Iowa, who they raised from a small child, Phillip(Samantha) McAtee, Casey Yardley, and Cady Yardley all of Kirksville, Missouri; three great-grandchildren: Koan, Jadis and Jensen McAtte of Kirksville, Missouri; a sister, Darla Throckmorton of Savannah, Missouri; a brother, Dwayne (Doris) Henry of Keosauqua, Iowa along with other relatives and friends.
