Ronnie and Chris Tinkle have been married 45 years and have a son, Matthew who has two daughters, Matison and Renee Tinkle. 

Ronnie is a licensed embalmer and funeral director with over 45years of experience he knows every aspect of the business and pays close attention to every detail as to perfect and satisfy the families served. He grew up in this area and graduated in 1975. and later graduated from Commonwealth College of Mortuary Service and and became dually licensed in the State of Missouri.  He knows the customs of any type of service.


Chris is his wife and partner in the business is a very caring person that likes to help. She has served as assistant manager at Shopko, which was local department store, has been involved in the youth group as a leader and has taught Sunday school at the Methodist Church. She devoted her time to Relay For Life and still serves on other boards as well.

                                   Receptionist
Connie Ward is the secretary and receptionist and has worked at Payne Funeral Chapel for over 40 years. She is very devoted to her work and will be happy to assist you when called upon.
